Accessibility statement
IncludePress can draft an accessibility statement. The site owner chooses the conformance status, reviews the known limitations, and publishes the page. The draft below is for a fictional shop. It is not IncludePress’s own statement, and it is not legal advice.
Why a store might publish one
The European Accessibility Act has applied since 28 June 2025. For many services it puts the focus on e-commerce and other consumer-facing digital services. A microenterprise can be exempt from the service rules. Whether a particular shop is covered, and what it must publish, depends on the country and the business. This page does not answer that. It shows the statement a shop owner can draft and then publish.
What the generator asks
- Organization name and site URL
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with an optional mention of EN 301 549
- A status the owner selects: partially conformant, not conformant, or fully conformant
- Fully conformant stays unavailable until the owner checks “I have completed manual testing.”
- Known limitations, prefilled from open failures and edited before saving
- An email, phone, or form, a response time, and an enforcement body the owner names
- Dates the owner sets. Opening the screen does not refresh them
Create page saves a draft. Update page overwrites that draft only while it still matches the last version IncludePress wrote. A hand edit is left in place, and the new version is offered for copy.

Conformance target
The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement also refers to EN 301 549, which includes those WCAG requirements for ICT.
Conformance status
The site owner selected partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not fully conform. IncludePress did not decide this status.
Known limitations
- Some product photos have no alternative text.
- The checkout page skips a heading level.
